The hotel room was a big disappointment as it needed refurbishment and had marked walls, chipped tiles, and no curtains on any doors or windows, making it feel exposed to other buildings and the morning sun. Additionally, there was a bad smell and no blankets provided. The room was advertised as a 'spa' room but did not meet expectations, especially considering the price paid.
